Description
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings
- Prepare meeting documents and take minutes
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation
Profile
A successful Personal Assistant should have:
- Excellent organisational skills
- Experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in a similar role within the non-profit sector
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
