About the Role We're seeking an experienced service support administrator who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You'll be handling multiple tasks, from booking vehicles to supporting HGV MOT bookings, and ensuring smooth operations from within the team.
What skills we are looking for:
- Excellent communication skills via email, telephone, and face-to-face
- Highly organised and have previous experience in administrative roles
- You can manage your time efficiently to meet deadlines
- You have an understanding of Kerridge (preferable)
Full training will be provided, and you'll be supported by a highly supportive team.
